The Upper Limit for Projects Eligible for Grants in Individual Irrigation Systems Has Been Increased
As part of the support for individual irrigation systems, the upper limit for grant-eligible projects has been raised from 1 million TL to 3 million TL
The Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry's "Communiqué on Amending the Communiqué on Supporting Individual Irrigation Systems within the Scope of Rural Development Supports" was published in the Official Gazette and entered into force.
The communiqué sets out the procedures and principles for supporting individual irrigation systems.
With the amendment made to the communiqué, the upper limit for grant-eligible projects in individual irrigation systems has been increased from 1 million TL to 3 million TL. Applications for this year's grant program will be accepted within 45 days from January 9, in accordance with the application guide.
The regulation aims to increase the number of applications for modern pressurized irrigation systems, which ensure the efficient use of water in agriculture.
